This week we sat down with Indigenous writer, producer, multi – media artist and aspiring filmmaker Jamie Whitecrow, who shared more about her film influences and her thoughts on how organizations can better incorporate POC as part of their framework, and not only as a consult- based solution to the problem of equity and diversity.
