The Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) is an agency of the Government of Ontario, and one of Canada’s leading granting foundations. OTF awarded $108 million to 629 projects in 2018/2019. Applications are first reviewed by OTF Program Managers to ensure they fit with the selected investment stream and priority outcome. Applications are then reviewed by Volunteer Grant Review Team (GRT). Applications are scored independently, according to set criteria for each granting stream. Over 3,000 applications are reviewed a year.
