City of Waterloo is inviting artists to respond to an Expression of Interest for the development of a new public art work. The total all-inclusive budget for all components of this Public Art project is $5,000.

For the purposes of this competition, an artist is a person who is critically recognized as an artist, possesses skill, training and/or experience in their artistic discipline, is active in and committed to their art practice, has the ability to work within a collaborative environment, and has demonstrated experience creating art. Demonstrated experience creating and providing designs for public art projects will be considered an asset.
