$55,000 budget. To commemorate the 100th anniversary of Ioco Townsite, the City of Port Moody is working with the Port Moody Heritage Society to create an augmented reality public artwork that not only celebrates the family life of the residents but encourages visitors to explore the townsite.

Purpose: The purpose of this EOI is to solicit submissions from artists, or artist teams, interested in creating an augmented reality artwork for the Ioco Heritage township site.

Project Concept: Thematically, artists are to consider the history and particularly the family life of the Ioco township. Community engagement with the Port Moody Heritage Society board and Station Museum staff will be a requirement for the selected artist(s). The Society will aid in research and access to archival material.
