The Downtown Burlington BIA is seeking a local Burlington mural artist to assist in an upcoming project!

As part of STEPS Public Art’s I HeART Main Street program, work with lead artist Chris Perez in an upcoming 700+ square foot mural to bring vibrancy into Burlington’s downtown.

I HeART Main Street supports Business Improvement Areas (BIAs) of all sizes; strengthening business-community relationships, and providing
meaningful opportunities for local Canadian artists.

Since June 2021, 27 main streets across Ontario will be activated through unique outdoor public art installations that can be visited in person or virtually through an interactive app.

Successful applicants must have the following qualifications:
– Active Working from Heights certification
– Self Propelled Boom and Elevated Work Platform Licence (for a Cherry Picker)
– 1-2+ Years of experience using aerosols and exterior paint
